These terms apply when you use the Daily Affirmations app for iPhone (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Apple's standard terms

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. If the two ever conflict, Apple's agreement applies.

Using the app

You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content, or try to take it apart or misuse it.

Premium

The app is free to use. Premium is optional and unlocks extra content and features. It's available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. If you don't cancel during the trial, the subscription starts automatically when it ends.
• A lifetime purchase is paid once and doesn't renew.
• You can restore your purchases on a new device with “Restore Purchases” in the app.

Refunds

All payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are decided by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The affirmations are meant to encourage and inspire. They aren't medical, psychological or professional advice, and they're no substitute for it. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Our content

The app, its design, affirmations and other content belong to us or our licensors. Sharing single affirmations with friends through the app's share feature is welcome.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the app, so features and content may change over time. We may also stop offering the app, in which case we'll do our best to give notice where reasonable.

No warranty

We work hard to make the app reliable, but it's provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
